We are an independent film studio based in Los Angeles, California. We consist of a group of lifelong friends and creatives who are committed to producing high quality content that reflects our diverse viewpoints of our amazing world. Welcome to 3rd Call!

Founded by David Law in 2011 at the end of his medical residency, 3rd Call was a way to formalize the filmmaking hobby that him and his friends had been doing since high school. Partnering with childhood friends and graphic artist, Aaron Little, (with whom many of the first high school works were created), they created 'The Uppermost', a short independent horror movie that showcased in film festivals all over the world and racked up a number of accolades and awards.
